Set in a remote and incredible tranquil part of Northumberland, the Brinkburn cottages offer the most stunning views away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet only 35 minutes drive from Newcastle upon Tyne.


It is the perfect location for our retreat, offering you complete privacy whilst boasting communal spaces for our workshops and workouts, including a beautiful converted barn for our yoga and meditation sessions.

The Circle Retreat in stunning Northumberland is priced at £420 for a shared room with an ensuite or £550 for a single room.


Our price includes:

  • Accommodation
  • Full Board serving well balanced vegetarian and vegan meals (Friday Dinner; Saturday - Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner; Sunday - Breakfast and Lunch)

I am a Chartered institute for Sport and ​Physical Activity-registered

personal trainer with an academic ​background in Psychology.


I am also a mum and someone who is ​hugely interested in inspiring people to ​embark on their journey to better ​health by providing them with ​nutritional and workout information ​rooted in science.





My goal for this retreat is to empower you with knowledge about exercise ​and nutrition through practical sessions as well as workshops so you’ll ​leave with a solid idea of what a healthy lifestyle could look like for you.

As a yoga teacher and fitness instructor, I completely appreciate the benefits of combining both physical movement and restorative stretches to help get you feeling and moving better.

I’m a mum too, so understand just how valuable it is to spend some time away from the daily routine and physically hit the reset button.



My yoga classes are designed to perfectly complement the retreat’s ​physical activities and can also be attended as stand-alone sessions so ​you can decide how you feel like moving. Myself & Barbora have ​something planned to suit every mood.

We believe that one of the greatest traits of a good coach is the understanding of who their clients are and what motivates them, challenges them, and is sustainable to their lifestyle.


We pride ourselves in making our sessions fully inclusive to people of any fitness ability through modification, cues, and guidance.


Our sessions are designed to challenge you exactly the right amount whether you are a newbie or a fitness pro.


Same goes for our approach to nutrition, you’ll never find us preaching one way of eating but rather equip you with information and knowledge that are rooted in science and easily implemented in your daily lifestyle.


Just like we don’t believe in the motto “No Pain, No Gain”, we also don’t believe that any food is inherently bad.


So, NO FAD DIET AND EXTREME WORKOUTS HERE!
